It's not an exaggeration to say that this is the best opticians I have ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by professional and courteous staff who remain patient and extremely helpful throughout your visit. They take their time with each customer and great care in helping you to choose the best frames without trying to push for a sale. Their knowledge of the varied and stylish frames is amazing and after an hour and a half, they found me the perfect pair without a hint of impatience. I'll certainly be back here for all of my future spectacle purchases, even if that means flying in from Berlin!

The glasses we tried on were clearly warped, something the salesman claimed was a matter of “opinion”. After politely declining, we were insulted as we exited. Very unprofessional.
