I went to Grevena's lidl to refund an item that didn't work very well and was buy 2 days before. The cashier told me she couldn't redund the item. I had to go to another lidl that was very far away. The new cashier refund the item without problem, that means that the item could perfectly be changed or refund, very bad costumer service in Grevena.
