Customer support is a joke in this company. Each time there is a problem with the network (which is more often than it should) they either shut down their support lines or they simply don't answer the calls.

Where are you Jürgen Meixner to see what is happening here in Greece?!?! 5 times during this month, your customers pay for you internet service and we don't have internet connection. Now there is another one issue that it's taking place from Friday and none of your employees is working to fix that. WE MUST WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING. Βad customer support, bad technicians & no one answers our phone calls during a network failure. You must be very proud for your company.

took them six months to connect the fibre at home although there was no need for digging, just pass the fibre cable through my next door neighbour. Technicians who made the installation turned my place upside down leaving unecessary holes in the walls, black fingerprints on them too and lots of dirt everywhere plus the installation was lazy and ugly. Thankfully everything runs smoothly, whenever I contacted them they responted fast and generally I am very pleased

I am 3 years in hcn in April 2019 I make a form for upgrade from docs to fiber they let me know that gonna delay a bit like 2-3 months the most ... Is November 2019 and still nothing not even a call for informing me ..I call them and they told me next year .. I ask when they just say we do t know ... The company is very bad they don't inform clients and they never give a clear date also everytime is raining or bad weather the internet not working at all ... In the begining was very good they was helping me with every subject...but when more clients arrive to the company they lost it completely..

Low packet loss, good speed but... I've been on it for yrs now and whilst in the beginning everything was fine as more people were added to the local hub I've seen my speed reduced and worst of all, during high traffic hours (working hours mostly) I get disconnected so much I practically have no Internet. Customer support works only during the day and they call me when I'm at work, as a result I actually have no customer support either! I think I'm done with this company.

Open the Gates

I was waiting over 9 months without internet access for them to dig the road, even though the license from the city hall was ready since month 2. I was calling monthly to ask about my line's progress and the customer service was terrible. It was a nightmare. Two weeks after i changed providers, cause i got sick of them mocking me, they called to inform me that they had finally dug the road up and my line would be ready now if i wanted to... Don't waste your time with that joke of a company, i spent 9 months without internet access because of them and they didn't even seem to care when i called for the last time to inform them i was gonna change providers.
