Delicious food - the Chef should be well paid. Each dish impresses with its taste. Bravo! The service in an elegant and unobtrusive way can advise and tell about every dish. Everything around is clean and pleasing to the eye. Well designed environment. Elegant interiors. Great service. I would recommend! Admission to the pool is free, just buy a coffee or a drink. Sun loungers directly on the beach 5 euros. Value for money 10/0 Bravo!

We were not guests of the hotel, but every night we went there for drinks. They really know what they are doing went it comes to mixing alcohol. They aren't cheap, but they were served very nicely and tasted great. The hotel itself is right beside the sea so there is a nice breeze as you sit and enjoy your drinks.
Great hotel - the staff was very kind and the location is fantastic. Highly recommended.
Ive been in the Bar with my wife. Great chiill out atmosphere. I enjoyed a cool beer with a great view to the pool and the sea. I only gave 4 stars because there was noise from the street. I really enjoyed the place and I hope next time im here I will enjoyed more people here!
Location is good- on the seafront and there are restaurants and other shops nearby if you need to buy something. The staff is amazing- they go above and beyond. Anything I asked for was supplied and fast. Rooms are spacious and I loved the private little pool in my room. Although not super delux, I highly enjoyed the room and the good daily cleaning. The a la carte food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast - there are several options. They are reasonable, but could be improved. The Pool area is fabulous and a real gem- there is a lovely babies and toddlers pool and the pool itself is beautiful especially with the sea view behond it. The cocktails at the bar are super tasty and the service of the waiters and waitresses is impeccable. We loved the place and recommend it.
We spent 7 days at Villa di Mare. Compliments to the waiters & waitresses especially to miss Gabriela who showed us around. The location is good, it is near a seaside and pool with a bar & chilled music. At first we wanted to upgrade to Superior Suite but after we saw the room we decided to not upgrade because of condition of the rooms. The rooms are big but needed much renovation. The bottom pool mosaic tiles are quite dangerous since some fell out. Breakfast was not worth the price very simple with few choices. Food prices doesn't match the amount and quality. Recommend to eat out. The recession might be good for 10 years ago. Housekeepers did a wonderful job. All in all ok but will never go back.
Nice clean rooms spacious , Well stocked ,Pool areas nice. The whole place is beautiful, with a perfect sea view.Good location, nearby Rhodos City, and plenty of restaurants/snackbars nearby. Villa Di Mare is a historical building located right on the sea of Ixian bay. It was once known as MiraMare and it is the first hotel in Rhodes established in 1925. The recent innovation offers again, and in the best way, the glamour of the past. The resort that became a must see location for everyone that visits or stays in the island, is giving the opportunity to all its guests to experience the same feelings some historical figures such as Aristotle Onassis, Winston Churchill, Maria Kallas and many others once had. In 2018 a new section of eight newly built suites with private swimming pools will operate. Dishes from Villa Di Mare’s cuisine have been awarded with Gold Medal at the Escoffier Challenge by ACAF in the UK and Silver Medal “Fish dish” at the International Culinary Competition by WACS. Villa Di Mare is also known for its signature cocktails that have won Gold Medal in 2013 and Silver Medal in 2016 and 2017 at the national competition by the Hellenic Barmen Society. It has been constantly awarded with Certificate of Excellence the last seven (7) years in a row. Villa Di Mare is identified as “The best place to enjoy the island’s sunset”.
Had a gib&tonic in Villa Di Mare, was average. Also keep in mind that poolside sunbeds are almost always reserved and the ones with ocean view cost 5 to use.
