Appalling experience from Hydra to Ermioni. Poorly organized ticketing, no service, rude staff, an obese aggressive old guy trying to boss people around and the Coast Guard passively watching the mess. Unacceptable experience in a developed country.
Although the ferryboat is quite ok, before we entered return cruise to Ermioni, there was a big crowd of people, and an obese, rude shouting man not allowing people to enter the boat. The man roared at people, pushed the crowd back. On the boat we were told that it was for safety reasons. Though whole situation had nothing to do with safety. The rude man was so incapable of managing the crowd, that coast guard officer had to offer help and he managed well. I strongly disadvise to take this boat. Other boat is a bit more expensive, but maybe that’s the price of manners.
