If you value your time and a good service don't rent a car from this place. To the end of my stay in Athens the car went dead outside of my hotel. After I asked to replace the car, I've been told that this is impossible and they will try to fix it first. A mechanic came after an hour and replaced the cars battery so it started finally, he himself couldn't figure out what the problem was. By that time I have already cancelled my plans for the day and asked the mechanic if he found the problem. He said no and that the car has to go to the service to locate the problem. The company refused that the mechanic said that and tried to blaim me for the cars problem instead. I called the office and asked to replace the car for a second time. The manager Nikos after a lot of argument agreed to replace it, but only if I came to the office myself to collect it as they don't have drivers available. I already have lost half of the day and couldn't afford to lose more so I had pressed for the car to be brought to me. After still half an hour of argument they agreed to replace the car, but they only could bring it at 15:00, not other time. I cancelled my contract and booked a car from another company. They took the car and charged me for the full contract. Don't rent here.
