Location is awesome, restaurant is well managed and has very good service. You may try more “gourmet” style of dishes with local ingredients. Result is very good. However more practice and improvements to the more elaborated dishes are still needed

Great location in the centre of Ioannina for coffee drink or food. Best view of the city definitely recommend it
