It's a Roman Catholic church built in the mids 1840's from the Bavarians followers of the Bavarian, first king of modern Greece, when they established their settlement in Heraklion. It has its history and it's still operational. From an architectural point of view it's not much. It's small temple built in gothic architectural style. It's one of the parishes of Archdiocese of Catholics of Athens, with its parish priest and vivid parishioners.

1820 χτίστηκε η εκκλησία -έχει πολύ όμορφη μικρή πλατεία και παρακείμενη αίθουσα για εκδηλωσεις,καταπληκτική.
