We booked our transfers with Heraklion taxi and they were amazing, so much so we booked them throughout our holiday for trips out. I would highly recommend them due to being so reliable, friendly and luxurious vehicles. We have a small baby and a very lovely and clean car seat was available for her use.
I would like to say thank you to the company and staff for a faultless transfer service. Our plane was delayed but even with this in mind we walked through and our guy was ready and waiting. He helped us with our luggage and was very friendly speaking perfect English. On return pickup our guy arrived early and exactly the same was to be said, very professional, friendly and chatty. I Would highly recommend to anyone and I will use this company again on my return. Many thanks

Yannis is the best driver. He is knowledgeable, very skilful and considerate. When we were travelling down from the mountain there were some big fallen rocks in the middle of the road. He stopped the car in a safe area and went and removed the rock so that it will not caused any issues for other road users. We had used the service to travel from Omalos Village to Minos Beach Art Hotel, from the Minos hotel to Daios Cove hotel and to the Heraklion airport on our last day. The mini van was very comfort and clean. We are very happy with the services and we highly recommend all to use the Heraklion Taxi to go around Crete.
Fast response and everything looked great at first glance. Unfortunately the experience itself was not so great. Let me share it with you. I've missed a call while I was waiting for my language. When I called back the person was bit confused that he didn't call me and it must have been one of his colleague. I told him that I'm expecting driver to wait for me and he ensured me he is outside waiting with my name on his iPad. When I walked into arrival hall there were many drivers but no one with my name. I had to call back again, asked where is my number and the person told me to wait outside in front of one of the stands. So I did and after 5 minutes a drive came to that place and started chatting with other person holding a paper sign. I had to go and approach him to look if it's my name on it. He didn't look very motivated to find me. After our "match" he started a story that the company sent him information of my arrival too late. We had one extra stop to get some change for him. Good talk in general, fluent English and at this point overall experience was ok as no one is perfect. The price to Hernosissos was 33 EUR, I gave him 2 euros tip and he gave me only 5 back. Had to ask for another 10 EUR back and of course he said he forgot. This is old taxi drivers trick but maybe he wanted to screw me because I was too cheap on tip? I took the bus on the way back for 3,3 EUR which was better experience overall.
Excellent service. Internet reservation no problem for booking. At the airport when we arrived, straight into nice clean Mercedes and helped with luggage. Return pickup from hotel to airport spot on time... nothing wrong with the two drivers and their driving
We were referred to this company by Taxi4Crete of Chania. Booked a transfer from Heraklion to Elounda and were met at the airport right outside baggage claim. Car and driver very pleasant and fare was as agreed in advance. Recommend and would use again.
