Not professional at all. Fairly new car but not the one we agreed to. Not even of the same category. We couldn’t fit our 4 cabin-sized luggages in the trunk so we had to squeeze on the back seat. When we called them to arrange a swap with the agreed car, or at least with one of the agreed category, they wanted more money (almost double). When we returned it, they insulted us, called us disrespectful, irresponsible, because the car was dusty due to the strong winds near the beaches we visited. As if we should keep it parked the whole time, or as if we should have washed or polished it before returning it. Also, it wasn’t disinfected as other companies stated.
