Since we have your system from Veluda, we are very, very happy with it. The water and service around are perfect and superior. We have to day a rendez-vous with the technician from Veluda Heraklion ad 11.30 it is now 14u 25 and we didn't hear anything from him .this means that he has no way of communication mobil phone !!!!!!!! We are still waiting and waiting and waiting . We both 2 water softeners and are very very disappointed . NO SERVICE at all !!!!!!!!! . Would to mail the firm in Heraklion but don't find a email adres !!!!!!! I hope someone will have some knowledge of english ???????,

Μακράν το πιο καθαρό και χορταστικό νερό που έχω πιει. Ίσως η καλύτερη επένδυση που έχω κάνει μέσα στο σπίτι μου για την υγεία της οικογένειας μου. Οι άνθρωποι στην εταιρία επαγγελματίες, φιλικοί και πάντα εκεί να μου λύσουν την κάθε μου απορία. Μπορώ να συστήσω την Veluda με μάτια κλειστά!
