This company does not just have amazing rugs at unique prices.I am from London and I placed an order and paid only the value of the rug. They delivered it to my house without any additional customs or shipping costs. I do not know how they manage it because any other purchase I have made, I have paid a large amount for the extra costs. Great experience, carpet ordered about a week ago and delivered today to the Scottish Highland. All our questions about the carpet were answered straight away. The description was absolutely accurate, and delivery process like promised. So the carpet fit the living room perfectly from now on. CarpetU2 is highly recommended.
I can warmly recommend this store! The pictures of the carpets were very clear and my carpet turned out just what I expected. I think I got very good quality for what I paid for. The package was sent promptly - only the UPS in Finland took 6 days before they succeeded in their delivery. I was very lucky to have been home at the right moment. UPS sucks!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. This is an absolutely terrible service. I bought a carpet, was not satisfied with it, and went through the trouble of returning it. They have a 30 day money back guarantee, and even after confirming they recieved the carpet back, they still haven't returned the money. It's been 3 months. I've continued to email my customer service contact named Evi Methodiadou, and they keep coming up with excuses, saying they have to \talk to the financial department\. It's 450 euros I will probably never see again. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Dishonest people. Horrible product. Extremely bad experience. THUMBS DOWN.
