Came here for a week of diving to get more comfortable at depth. So far the training has been supported by professional Freedivers who are always ready to help on any topic. We are diving every day. The water conditions are perfect for Freediving and the center is well equipped with own boats, a professional line and several buoys. Water temperature are currently 28 degrees which make it super comfortable to dive and relax - July 2020. Stavros and his team are welcoming and offer a save place for training Freediving. The place is located right at the marina of Kalamata. He as well helped me arranging a accommodation which I like very much - 200m from the center, PERFECT!
Very nice place for freediving. Good diving spots,professional people, professional equipment.
The center is run by a couple of easy going dive professionals. Nicholas managed to safely and within my own comfort allow me to surpass my limits with ease. A definite place to either practices through their daily dives or sign up for any of their Aida 1 to 4 courses. Overall a great experience. Kalamata also has nice beaches and mountains surrounding it.
