nice workshop with many interesting things. We were explained the different methods of making the icons, where everyone can find something small or something big :)

Great place, this icon workshop close to the Meteora monasteries! The assistants spoke our language, although it's not international. The presentation on how the Byzantine icons are made in different techniques was awesome! Good discounts on some products and a wide range of silver-cased icons, gold-covered icons or regular ones. A large variety of saints and Bible scenes painted on the icons. Great gifts for those you love and you pray for, under God's protection.

Most things are overpriced, especially generic greek souvenirs which are almost everywhere for half or sometimes even quarter of the price. Icons are beautiful, though.

A massive choice of souvenirs, including awesome traditional soaps and incenses. The icon workshop also is very diverse and offers an interesting journey in time. Overall, a worthy addition to visiting Meteora, as prices vary and anyone can get a small memory from the place.

This was a "optional" stop by KeyTours, where everyone was asked to get off the bus, right after visiting some monasteries. They try to sell on making their own icons in house. I didn't buy it. The snack and drinks is the only thing making this a worthy visit.

Very expensive. A golden cross with some crystal was tagged with 400 and with a quick search i found it on a trusted seller with 100. Trust me, same quality. They have some good stuff but when it comes to icons its too expensive. It’s not worth anymore. At this point, you already sell God for money. Ofc its everybody’s choice :).

Interesting place, huge offer, clean and with nice personnel and very kind atmosphere. I guess you need time to get something for your soul but definitely you will find what you’re looking for. Four stars just because I considered all a bit expensive.

Not really worth the effort, unless you're a die-hard icon enthusiast. Small-scale workshop, in fact just a corner with an artisan, and the rest is a souvenir shop... Also featuring various icons for sale, naturally, but at 250-300 for hand-printed originals I did not find the works worth my coin.
