Fantastic service! Fast, efficient and very friendly staff who went over and above to meet our needs.
Quick and friendly. However not very accurate and expensive for what you get. We dropped off laundry in two tote bags but only got one bag back. They ended up using our second bag to pack someone else’s laundry. Also, gave us a piece of laundry that did not belong to us. Lastly, a pair of socks no longer match; one was bleaching despite a colorful design while the other sock was washed with another load probably and still has its original coloring.
My family of 4 took an extended trip through Greece. It was time to do laundry in Santorini so we chose this location. Each load was 15 Euro! for full service wash, dry, and fold. The clothes came back clean and smelled fresh. I'm not sure how they figured out each load. I did my laundry again later in the trip and washed the same amount of clothes in 3 loads, but this location charged me for 5 separate loads. I was surprised to have 75 Euro worth of laundry expenses! In addition, a few socks were missing as was one shirt. They told me they had to hand wash the shirt and forgot to give it to me when I picked it up. My socks came back damp and were not all matched up correctly. It seems like if I am paying this much for such a small load of laundry, it should be dry ... not damp. If I had to do laundry again on Santorini, I’d choose another location just based on the cost/size of load and completeness of my order.
Great laundry service in Santorini. Not only the laundry they did was great quality but they also agreed to pick it up from a location convenient to us since we had a child and couldn’t walk much. Very easy to deal with and super quick turnaround. I would give them 10 stars !!
We had a flight to catch at when we called the laundry service they ensured that it will be done in less than 2 hours and didn’t charge us anything extra !! All clothes nicely folded and put in a packet. They even arranged to drop the clothes and us to our hotel in Pyrgos !! Have never seen any one that customer centric. Well done guys
Lovely service. I put in my clothes tin o be laundered and 2 dresses to be dry cleaned. I came back in 2 hours and my clothes smelled beautiful, were folded neatly and my dresses looked like new. Would recommend to anybody. Staff speaks English and are very nice.
Laundry service here was great! Service was fast and the attendants are very friendly. We were able to drop off laundry and then head into town for a couple of hours for shopping and food. Returned to our laundry folded and ready to go
