If I could give them less than one star I would... The woman who works at this place is so rude and appears to be racist, and the man isn’t much better. As we walked in and greeted her politely and explained the issue she started shouting at us to calm down whereas when someone came in after us and greeted her in the same way they were treated better. We came to the room a few days late, but as it had already been paid for we didn’t see the problem. However they said they no longer have any rooms and we can’t stay in the room we paid for. It’s unacceptable.
Lovely family run establishment, have used for apartment rental a few years ago, this was clean and had everything you'd expect. More recently, we use the car rental aspect of the business, cars are in good condition and clean, just leave as you find including the fuel level. They are polite and friendly well worth a visit be it apartment rental, car rental or excursions aspect your looking for.
I do not usually take the time to leave a review, but I consider failing to leave one in this instance would be doing a great disservice to other people who may be thinking of using this company. The woman managing the office is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to meet! Unhelpful, obnoxiously rude and someone who should never be permitted to deal with the public. Given the way rude and belittling she behaved towards me and my family for no discernible reason, i believe she would benefit not only from customer service training, but from training on equality and diversity and unconscious bias. We lost over 400.00 because my son used this company. If I could give a rating below 1, this would get a minus 10. Awful experience with this company and its employee that significantly tainted out time in Corfu.
In May I made an online reservation and gave a deposit for 4 days rent in August. Got a confirmation email and everything was good. Then we got there and they told my dad that they don't rent for less then 7 days and that they don't have anything available and they will give a refund. When I emailed them... "WHY???" they sad that they emailed me that they don't have available cars for those days! How can I book on their website a car for 4 days if they do not have it available and don't rent for less then 7??!! after I suggested updating their website I got the answer that "they will do it when they think it's necessary!!" (they put 2 exclamation marks).... Finally, when I asked for a copy of an email that they "sent" me saying they don't have that car, (because maybe it went into my spam folder) they stopped replying.. There are 2-3 other rent-a-car agency in 0.5 miles radius. I would recommend trying any of them first.
The owner of this place is possibly the rudest man in Corfu. Every single person I have met in Greece and the islands has been so friendly kind and sweet until you meet this man. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff who work there because he is one miserable arrogant sarcastic joke of a manager. However that said, he will not cloud my love for Corfu. Beggars belief how he can be running accommodation for people!
