I once stopped by and had some breakfast. You can also buy some souvenirs at affordable prices. The amazing thing was that the staff understand English and Turkish in addition to Greek. In my opinion, the place was an ideal lifeline for travellers because the next place one could have similar facility could be several kilometres away.

One stop shopping for local delicacy. You may taste kavala 'kurabiye' and have some tea. Price varies according to flavour 3 to 5 euro (2019 june).

Very tasty! It is daily fresh and made with butter and giant almonds. If you are going to buy kavala cookies, this is the adress. :) but.. it is on the highway so its far from the city actually. You would need a car. Maybe if you are passing thru u can stop by then. :)
