Kavala is a lovely place for a weekend. Best to visit from September to May. Great seafood, great Greek wine, coffee and plenty of things to see and explore on foot. And of course, Greek hospitality!

Αποτελεί εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια την μοναδική πύλη προς τα νησιά του βορείου Αιγαίου και όχι μόνο. Γύρω υπάρχουν δεκάδες καταστήματα με καφέ και φαγητό ενώ υπάρχει και επιβατικός σταθμός για να περιμένετε το πλοίο. Φυσικά το προσεγγίζουν και κρουαζιεροπλοια ενώ υπάρχει και μαρίνα σκαφών αναψυχής.
