If you are on Samos and/or staying in Kokkari. You might as well consider Hotel Poseidon, then you definitely have to try out Restaurant Poseidon. The staff is really friendly, competent and flexible. The Pastitio is really good for the main course. The location also is one of the best. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic service, truly beautiful food. The lamb kofta melted in my mouth and my wife just kept muttering mmm with each mouthful of her fresh sea food. The restaurant is right on the sea front but sometimes the sea can get a little lively and splash in uninvited over the first row. It all adds to the entertainment. I'd recommend this place as the single best place to eat on Samos. Superb.
Family run fish restaurant beside the sea. Grilled octopus was soft and delicious like all other mezes. The service was fast and good. The prices are a bit expensive but we certainly enjoyed the atmosphere.
Very nice lady-owner, she was eager to help. Fried anchovy (gavros) were delicious. Definitely try lamb kleftiko, it's just marvelous.

Order the Captain's Platter, and enjoy them explaining how to cut a whole grilled fresh fish. Great experience, food was excellent.
