UPS Greece, I had the worst experience ever. Microsoft was involved and I were expecting a more smoother service than what they usually do(UPS). Sadly that never happened! First of all, that courier who was responsible for my package, at delivery he never hit the ring, he never called me and more importantly he left me a notice which has written my name and a serial number, nothing about delivery time, date...nothing. I will attach it above. When I called their office, they told me that my package is about to be on the line of delivery the very next day, Wich is good but....they couldn't give me a certain period of time during that day, they told me generally from 09:00 to 16:00. Ofcourse that made me crazy! It's a not realistic scenario for a customer to be alerted all the time, the very whole day in his house just waiting for a really, genuinely bad service. I am pretty sure the UPS management is decent but these low ranked employees is an other story by itself! I am very disappointed! Because I were expecting to be witnessed of a worldwide ranged quality service and instead of that in my eyes they are worst than even the greek domestic services. I were about to complete a complain form but let's be real, I am living in Greece..they gonna discarded anyway. My best bet is to let you know about my bad experience here in google. As about if something will change? Personally I wake up and get up on my bed every day with the hope that something will change in this world...I just hope!

So far best international prices. (for some reason from outside to Greece... From Greece to other countries they may need improvement in pricing... (same address from Germany to Greece was 20 euro, from Greece to Germany show rates above 60 euro for same size and weight ) But its their choice and you know it in advance and can choose if you want it or not.) As to service, very professional. Package comes in time. Many say about their policy about phone calls. Its in many countries of Europe, and if you have any complications, they have very good email communication, responding very fast. My experience was positive every time i happen to use the company.
I don't no why I am even wasting my time reviewing these guys. Quick recap. Whilst trying to recover my package: I have spent over 2h30m waiting in a \priority call queue\ I have emailed multiple times I have even driven the 2 hour round trip to their warehouse, twice! And a six weeks later... I still don't have my package. I had a package sent from DHL two weeks later which ran into similar problems and though good customer service relations had the package delivered within two weeks. These people don't care. If you confront them face to face they say there's nothing they can do, ask for more information from you that you were never asked for previously and say you'll have your package next week and then you never hear from them again. In other words they fob you off. It's infuriating and unjust. This should not happen to trusting customers. Your office in Greece should be overhauled immediately. I have found out various information was needed in order to clear customs but this was never asked of me by ups. Instead I had to drive to their warehouse and give it to them because they don't pick up their phones!! And even after that it will still take and extra 3 weeks to deliver my package. Whats wrong with you guys? It's disgraceful. You don't deserve the 2.4 star review that currently ashames you on google. UPS HQ should be looking into your serious shortcomings and taking effective action. Be sure I will send this review on to them. I hope you fear for your futures.
It may be surprising, but so far I never had a single issue with UPS Greece. I receive 2 to 3 parcels a month and I always received them on time, with a polite and efficient delivery guy. Compared to other private couriers in Athens, this is by far the best one, at least in my experience.
They work with Geniki Taxudromiki and we all know what that means?? You never get your parcel on time or you never get them at all.. They have this loophole that they send you a email that you requested a delivery address Change...when I never did.. and this is their trick for the sender not to complain on why the parcels haven’t arrived yet. I caught on to your poor tactics on why you always have a excuse for Below,you can see how your parcels get delivered from your partners here. Like we see, our safety & our parcels safety is your top priority!!
Parcel was supposed to get to us on Friday 5.2.21 but the delivery guy left a note because he couldn't find our door bell so we called them the customer service said we didn't have phone numbers (even though it is not true) but he gave them our greek number and now on monday the same thing none called us. There is important medicine in there and we need Asap
This is the worst post service I've ever seen in my life, the package was sent the 5 of february from UK, the 12 feb. arrives on SPATA, GREECE and since that moment it got stuck there, every day saying the delay is because of \brexit\ reasons, ok, you can believe this in the first and the second day, but is being more than 3 weeks like that, one week ago I received a call saying that my package will arrive on monday, poor me that I believed that because I still waiting and the package still on SPATA. I know that the customer service in Greece in general is awful but in this company is completely unbelievable and when you call and ask for English support they directly drop the call, useless and shameless, are the softest words to describe them.
