We tried diving for the first time, and it was a very exciting and thrilling experience! We started with 20-30’theory and right after that we went with the boat close to a very beautiful beach not far away from Limenaria, where we dived for 40-45’ approximately. Stelios from Popeye diving school is a great tutor and he shared with us many stories from his diving experience. He also took us lots of underwater photos and videos. If you are or plan to go to Thasos, you should definitely try it!!!

I went today 22.07.2020 with my wife to our first scuba diving with Popeye Diving centre. Generally the experience was really great. The instructor Stelios is very friendly and explained the diving and the equipment in detail before the dive. My wife was a little bit afraid but he was very careing and helped her to feel comfortable in the water. For me it was a gream come true. Highly recommend this instructor to anyone wishing to experience scuba diving.

First time scuba diving for me and I was a little nervous Stelios explained everything calmly and professionally. The dive itself was brilliant, my nerves went virtually immediately and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. An added bonus was the photos and videos that were downloaded to my phone once back in port. Thoroughly recommended and I will definitely do it again! Thanks for a brilliant experience guys.

The diving instructor Chritoforos is very friendy and is doing a good job. You feel save and welcome. I also got a nice souvenir from under the sea. Discover scuba diving is perfect for starters. Highly recommanded! :)
