The pick-up and give back was correct and fluent, they are helpful. They have acceptable cars, not for race, clean and good condition, only scratch at the body. I hope I will get back the full deposit as mentioned at the desk.

Please read your contract carefully. You may be asked to provide the security payment of 750 euros when you take your car from Caldera. So, before you take a cheap car rental deal arrenged say through Wizzair, be ready to make a hefty payment by credit card at Caldera. Of course they will return this 'deposit' back when you return undamaged car back to them.

I’ve rented a car from this company for a 2nd time, both times positive experience. To my opinion it’s a honest and reliable company, providing really good service for affordable price. They are located out of the airport, so minivan comes to pick you up. If you don’t spot their representative at the arrivals hall make a call to their office letting know you are there just to make the process of meeting&greeting smoother.

Great cars, new cars and low mileage. We had booked a fiat panda or similar an were upgraded to a peugeot 208 with 450 km only! Amazing staff and excellent quality. No words for them, well done and keep up the good work guys. Travellers tip: guys, use their own full insurance instead. It is cheaper and better... :) Also make sure you give them correct flight as in heavy traffic times you could wait for a while. Thankfully they have free water and candies inside their car station! Amazing once again!

we hired a car for 10 days, they upgraded us to a bigger car, no extra charge. a very nice man (Kosta) was waiting for us at the airport at the place they told us. It was a 7-8 minutes drive from the airport aft Kosta even waited for us and took us (we drove after him) to the hotel we rent for the night, and it was after midnight... we didn't had any problems when we drop off the car. very nice staff, the car was great, deposit was 500 EUR. good value for money
