Good place for learning Kite Surf and Windsurf. Instructors are friendly and professional, they speak German, English. On the 4 days beginners course teachers were changing all the time so it was hard to keep track of progress for myself and the teachers, everything is very disorganized as you don't get a brief of what's going on at anytime. High quality kit as well and they own a rescue boat in case things go wrong. In case there's no wind in Mastihari they will drive you to Mamari where they have another kitesurf and windsurf center with all the equipment and lovely dogs.

Schön gelegene und familiäre Surfstation am Hotelstrand des Caravia Beach Hotels. Das Stehrevier (ca. 100 m breit) zum Windsurfen und SUP liegt zwischen zwei Badestränden und ist flach abfallend und völlig ausreichend. Der Kitestrand liegt etwa 400 -500 m von der Surfstation entfernt. Das Windsurfequipment ist gut, die Riggauswahl ist groß, nur Aufsteigerboards im Größenbereich um 170 / 180 Ltr. habe ich vermisst. Schulboards und Schulsegel sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Meist onshore- oder sideshore-Wind, der i.d.R. zum Nachmittag stärker wird. Das betreuende Team ist freundlich, hilfsbereit & locker.
