If it wasn't for a rude worker who suggested (by moving his finger and refrained from talking when asked for explaining the legal status of his suggestion!) that photography is forbidden in the premises (it's not, I talked to the management) I would have given them 5 stars. Respectable, quick service in a clean and hospitable environment. Only with appointment.

Good, professional, correct. Referring to the people who work there, NO COMPLAINTS! However, either the Administration or \external powers\ like the usual Public Service, Ministry etc. who leave a great deal to be desired as \public services\-to put it MILDLY- besides an additional 5 euro fee for the necessary 2nd/additional appointment, ADDED a 6 euro PENALTY (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)for having the car ready for the second appointment one day late!This gave me an extremely bad impression as if they can give fines and penalties to CITIZENS, for reasons that could easily be non exiting and perfectly legitimate, like in my case. As I grow up LEARNING, unlike these people (not referring to the people who work at KTEO) I keep verifying to myself the fact that our local public services will always be undeveloped and underdeveloped, half-primitive and almost useless (with VERY VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS) and I am sorry, I am beyond discussing any disputes about this. I have too many examples, it is absolutely not worth discussing ANY doubts or protests about that. So 4 stars for the said KTEO, the one missing is because they allow either their Management or the Public Authorities ti imposed such a petty and unjustified misdemeanour...thank you. MJP

Drove in and were warmly greeted by a staff member who directed us to the entrance. We left the vehicle and spent half an hour to get called by the intercom to collect the vehicle. Excellent service.
