This is the first station found after the Metropolitan Area of Athens, on the West side of Attica. Which means you have to pay for a separate ticket. Chances are you can get away with it and not pay for a ticket. It's about 20-25' away from the sea, and it's convenient mostly for the area of Nea Peramos and Neraki by some degree. It has great view from the balcony of the station, especially during the sunrise and the sunsets. I noticed there's a bus stop outside the station, and I suppose it's for the municipal bus from the Municipality of Megara. I'm not sure about it though.
