I had given them my Lenovo laptop for fixing. First of all they told me someone will come to pick up on Monday. I waited all day but no one came. (I lost a day of work) I had given them pictures of the problem I am having and I had also left then a note. After keeping my laptop for 4 days they returned the laptop unrepaired saying there is no problem with the machine. Why did I give you the machines then? My experience with bad WiFi is intermittent this is why I sent you images. I paid 2600 for top of the range laptop and so far I have had nothing but bad experience with the WiFi hardware. You are contracted by Lenovo to fix Think machines I really hope someone more worthy of this contract takes on the Job.

Έγινε αντικατάσταση ελαττωματικής μνήμης σε λάπτοπ μέσα σε μισή ώρα, λίγες μέρες μετά την αναφορά του προβλήματος. Με την ευκαιρία μου έκαναν και BIOS update όπως και καθάρισμα στο εσωτερικό από σκόνες κλπ. Ευχαριστώ για την υποστήριξη.

EDIT: Η απάντηση σας είναι ΕΛΛΕΙΠΉ. Επικοινωνήσατε μαζί μου ΣΗΜΕΡΑ 26/09/2018, γιατί κάλεσα το πρωί και ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τεχνικό. Ενώ έχω ζητήσει τεχνική υποστήριξη από τις 21/09/2018 τηλεφωνικώς και εγγράφως (email). ------- Μου έχει κάνει τρομερά αρνητική εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι χρειάζομαι ΑΜΕΣΑ τεχνική υποστήριξη για προϊόν (thnikpad) το οποίο έχει εγγύηση και περιμένω εδώ και 5 ημέρες να επικοινωνήσει κάποιος τεχνικός μαζί μου. Έχω στείλει σχετική αλληλογραφία όπως ακριβώς μου είπαν στο τηλεφωνικό τους, με ΟΛΕΣ τις πληροφορίες τόσο του laptop όσο και του προβλήματος που αντιμετωπίζω και ΚΑΝΕΙΣ δεν επικοινωνεί, παρότι έχουν διαβάσει το email, καθώς έχω λάβει σχετικό αποδεικτικό.
