Mikonos, Greece

A must see when you visit little Venice, great spot to watch the sunset and the view from top overlooking little Venice is unforgettable. There are currently 16 windmills on Mykonos of which seven are positioned on the landmark hill in Chora. Most of them were built by the Venetians in the 16th century, but their construction continued into the early 20th century. They were primarily used to mill wheat. Highly recommended

Very nice and historic mills. The typical view at Mykonos. Stunning to look at, stunning to watch the sea from there.
Nice abd beautiful but crowded,
I would highly recommend to stop here for a photo visit. Such a nice place and very special to see the windmills. Walk toward litre Venice and have the photo with windmills as background
Sun always shines in Mykonos. Love this island and great greek food. Beautiful
Beautiful view of the city! Awesome place to watch the sunse
A bit windy with nice views. You should come.
The windmills that everybody wants to see and take pictures of/with. View from the mills to Little Venice is very nice, but generally the view to any directions is pretty nice. Same goes for the other islands of Greece too. Cant help but to think the Mills are over-hyped, just like Mykonos as a whole. I think we spent a little under 1 hour at the mills. TIP: If you want to have pictures without people in your shots, go early, like just before sunset around 7AM.
