Silence is the key word. The view is breathtaking, the place is clean and loved by the women who stay there. Unfortunately there were none around to give us a peace of it's history...

One of the best-maintained monasteries I have visited.
It's like a little town of its on. There are a couple of herbalists outside. Inside the monastery hosts holy part of Saint Pelagia, so it is a very popular destination for believers.

Να έχουμε τις πρεσβείες της Οσίας Πελαγίας,που είχε λόγω του ενάρετου βίου της την χαρά να δεί με τα μάτια της μέσα στο ταπεινό κελάκι της,την Υπεραγία Θεοτόκο, που της υπέδειξε τον τόπο που βρισκόταν η Ιερά εικόνα του Ευαγγελισμού της... Οσία Πελαγία της Τήνου, πρέσβευε υπέρ ημών!
Δεν νομίζω ότι επισκεφθήκαμε ωραιότερη Μονή. Ένα ουράνιο κυκλαδικό χωριό.
