Impressive findings from 10,000-1,000 BC. The museum should be way more famous given the exhibits. Special thanks to the male supervisor who was proactive in explaining us everything and took great care of a person with special needs.

This is a small museum containing a large number of old vases from a range of era's. The museum is conveniently located on the main square. Entrance is 6 (at the time of writing) and totally worth it. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the town and interested in these sorts of things

Quiet museum, bang in the middle of Nafplio. Interesting exhibit from Mycenae and the Argolis region from the Bronze age onwards. Staff are welcoming, polite and happy to help. Definitely worth a visit and an hour of your time.

Beautiful historical museum, located at the old town's central square of Nauplio. Two floors, with many foundings, well maintained as well as in good condition are existing at the museum, which have been discovered from areas around the city. Interesting, educational, worth visiting.

The museum is not too big but packed with exhibits and there were archaeologists there that took the time to explain and litterally take you back into the ages! Well worth the 3 entrance

Fantastic museum covering ancient Greek history. Must be seen if you visit Nafplio. Opens 8am till 3pm, closed Mondays. Informative staff. Suit of armour from the Mycenae era is worth a visit on it's own. Also a very early clay cooler, unlike anything I've seen before.
