The bed that I purchased was of poor quality and broke after only a year! After complaining and after much ado, I was informed that they would replace the headboard worth 42 but ironically and funny enough, I would have to pay 45 if I wanted them to assemble it. They suggested that the breakage was due to bad usage, which is extremely unprofessional on their part. My baby Grand-daughter was on the bed, at the time, when it collasped. She was lucky not to have got hurt! Will not be buying anything from them again and I have 3 large apartments to furnish! Terrible customer service from their Head office. Obviously they don't care, if they lose customers! My answer to their offer was given on the 22nd September in writing. Instead of offering a free headboard with an extra cost of 45 to assemble, \which is a joke\, they should be offering a new item equal to the value of a new bed or my money back. Not to mention, an apology.

I have order a sofa yesterday. Got email it's not available and got similar proposals. Decided to purchase a cheaper sofa then. Got email that won't get full refund as delivery charges are higher and they also won't deliver it to the house but 60 km away. Tried to call 3 times no luck. Finally someone answer but put me through to speak to someone else who also put me through to speak to another person but after waiting on the line this person hang out. Trying for another time finally got option for refund. Stressful experience not worth it.

Τέλειοι εξυπηρετικοτατοι και ο καναπές που παρέλαβα στην ροδο είναι τέλειος.Ο καναπές έκανε στο Ναύπλιο 600 ευρώ και στην Ρόδο στο my market 800 αλλά έκπτωση ούτε για 50 ευρώ στην Ρόδο οπότε ήρθε από Ναύπλιο ασυζητιτη.Ο ίδιος ακριβώς μιλάμε.
Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και τα παιδιά που μου μετεφεραν και συναρμολογησαν τον καναπε ήταν ιδιαιτέρως προσεκτικοί.
Η παραγγελία έγινε Παρασκευή και παρακάλεσα αν γίνεται να παραλάβω την επόμενη. Πραγματικά έγινε Σάββατο η παράδοση. Τον ανέβασαν στον πέμπτο όροφο αν και είχε δυσκολία και έκαναν και την συναρμολογηση. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα και τιμή. Απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την εταιρεία..
Υπέροχο μαγαζί με πολύ ωραία πράγματα. Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και κατά τη διάρκεια της παραγγελίας και κατα την παράδοση. Όσο αφορά τη παραλαβή ενα μεγαλο Ευχαριστώ στον Θοδωρή που τα εκανε στο αψε σβήσε!!!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ το κατάστημα welhome στο Ναύπλιο για τιν εξερετικι εξπερετιση . Τα έπιπλα ήρθαν σήμερα στο σπίτι μου. Τα παιδιά πάντα ευγενικά, προσεκτικά κάνουν δουλια . Ευχαριστώ και καλές δουλειές στην δύσκολη χρονιά ,,
