A small, very compact museum, with many interesting exhibits from Lesvos, as well as from other places of the world. Excellent work. If you visit the island, you should definitely visit the museum and take the guided tour to Nisiopi, which is also organized by the museum.

Petrified remains of a nearby prehistoric forest, but also other exhibits. Demonstration of how an earthquake of 9 on Richter scale feels and how to survive it. Very good.
