CreteCab is a great company which I highly recommend when visiting Crete. The booking process was easy, the prices fair. We needed to transport a wheelchair. Thekla from CreteCab responded very swiftly to all emails, answered all our questions and prepared everything for a smooth transfer. The drivers were super friendly and of course on time. On our way back to the airport CreteCab sent us a text message with all our flight details, check-in information and assigned gate of our flight. This was exceptional. If you need a transfer/taxi service on Crete, go for CreteCab. They are amazing!

Despite our bagage delay, the driver was waiting us up at the right exit/ spot. The mini-van was really new and clean. The driver was very professional and drove safe. Recommended and a good price/quality!

Excellent company every thing first class from pick up to drop off (airport Heraklion to hotel Rethymno and back 21st May & 4th June ) drivers very professional. Emailed company a couple of questions beforehand and replied very quickly will use them next time.
The fact that most of the Greek drivers love speeding really scares me.Fortunately our driver was friendly, with good knowledge of various historic places and a calm attitude while driving. This was the main reason for choosing him as our private tour guide at a fairly low price. Furthermore we had the chance to visit different interesting places which were missed during our last visit.
First class service. Our driver was still waiting even though airline had lost one of our bags and i had to fill in claim form. The Return trip had to be adjusted due to road closures near Heraklion Airport but done with no problems.
Perfect service, simple organisation, exacly in time!
