Name of the team: Panionios (meaning the one who covers all Ionia - Asia Minor). Founding year 1890 at Smyrna (Izmir nowadays in Turkey). The only sports club in Greece that it was a refuge itself rather than founded by refugees. The place that we grow loving the ideas of sportsmanship, friendship, solidarity, democracy, culture and above all pure love for Panionios.
