I visited this amazing mountain retreat and wish to comment on the authenticity of the spiritual programs offered, the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. This place is removed from the hustle of commercial activity and you will find a welcoming space to deepen your spiritual practice. I believe the high vibration existing on the grounds is partly a result of the numerous yoga and meditation retreats held here in sacred practice.
Best place for relaxation, meditation and yoga practice. Getaway and super easy to detox your body and mind from overcrowded environment. The host is friendly and helpful to anything you will possibly need. Also 10 minutes away from the center of Nidri and Nidri waterfalls. Lefkada is definitely a place to visit ️

I loved being surrounded by nature and wonderful people, this makes every single day a sublime experience. Whether you want to practice yoga, meditation or some other way of connecting with your True Self, the support and guidance from the team here is compassionate, authentic and solid. Surely, join a retreat with them was one of the best things I’ve done in my life.
Wonderful place, very powerfull energy with the mountain and the see. The food is excellent, made with local product only from garden and made with love. I really recomand this place for your retreat. You will find here a deep peace. The place is very clean. And the team take really care of the weelness. Enjoy the journey ! ️
I have been at food path yoga Villa a few times, it's a magical place where everything can happen, since having a lovely home made traditional Greek food to pizza night next to the Greek oven, is a really quiet place to relax and enjoy, adonis and daphne are always there to make u feel like at home..
