This is a very nice windsurf station, with multinational stuff. The majority of customers are Russians, you will find them very friendly. The lessons are not only in Russian but in Italian and English. Boards (RRD) are changed once in several years, they are not new but quite modern. You will find slalom boards, wide freeride, fsw and others. Sails are new. There is one negative, and it is only about the spot. The wind is offshore and gusty near the shore. So if you want to take a board less than 110, it will be difficult, for me impossible, to go out and return. So I stayed on 110 firemove. On the other hand, you will enjoy flat water while practicing your jibes on both runs. There is a rescue boat operating from 9 to 18 if anything goes wrong. The building along the shore are not high so the wind becomes much better a bit away from the shore. Only yesterday we had a bbq party which cost 15 euros food and drinks! Kefalos is a nice town, not expensive to eat out. You can easily rent apartments within walking distance. So if you don't need waves or smallish boards yet, this can be a good spot and a good station for you to polish your jibes.
