Rented a car for a week. Efficient handover to us at the hotel nearby and we dropped off at airport at the end (small extra fee), car was in good condition and competitive price. They clearly regularly provide cars to the guests at the local hotels as the staff knew her and greeted her warmly, which suggests that other guests had a good rentals too. Would recommend.

The polite and friendly stuff gave us detailed info about the area and the best way to experience all the good places ... We rent a new, clean and fancy car for a reasonable price. The boats look good too thinking of renting one this days! Well done Paleros Travel !

We hired 5 bikes from here. The price said 8 but we were charged 12 each for the locks and helmets, which apparently weren’t included in the price. Our friend got a flat tyre about 5 kms from town. We called to see if they could help us on some way and they basically said there was nothing they could do. Then they looked up the price of the tyre on the computer and I could see them scrolling through all the options until they got to the most expensive one. We had to pay for the tyre and the woman’s attitude was terrible. She just kept shaking her head and acting like we’d done something horrible. Flat tyres happen AND we had to walk the bike back AND we paid top dollar for the tyre. Our whole day was wrecked.
