Η παραγγελια δεν ηρθε ποτε. Ειμαστε μονοκατοικια και ευκολο να εντοπισουμε και αλλες εταιριες μας βρισκουν. Με εσας παντα εχουμε θεμα. Εχω μηνυμα να σας παρω αλλα δεν το σηκώνεται ποτε! People are waiting for their packages please don't be lazy to deliver them and don't be liars. Sending us message asking to call your office but you guys never answer our calls. Terrible customer service and awful management!! Never deliver on time!! They'll send you a sms that they can't reach you so you must go to the warehouse and pick up your package otherwise you will wait a week or two until they finally reach you at home!! Avoid this specific warehouse!!Worst courier service by far. They never deliver at home, they always leave a notice, falsely claiming you were not at home, and you have to go to their location and pick it up. All other courier services actually ring my bell and deliver at home. UPDATE AFTER I PUT THIS REVIEW ON HERE AND I EMAILED BOTH THE STORE AND THE CENTRAL DEPO IN ATHENS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. BEWARE THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR EYES PEALED AS THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL CALL YOU. IF YOU PICK THE PHONE UP AND RUN OUT TO GET IT AS THE DRIVER IS PASSING YOU WILL GET YOUR DELIVERY. IF YOU MISS THE CALL THEN YOU MISSED YOUR DELIVERY. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

Great service behind the counter but disappointed to see the delivery guy offloading parcels by tossing them on the floor in the storage area. I guess it’s lucky there’s bubble wrap inside each box. Merry Christmas.
While they don't even try to deliver packages, they message that an effort to deliver failed (for what reason?) and need to call to a number to re-arrange delivering. And they never answer to that number!
By far the worst experience in Patras. Won't answer the phone, won't attempt to deliver parcels. I always dread having to deal with them

This specific warehouse is the worst in the city of Patra!! They don't deserve even a 1 star!!Terrible customer service and awful management!! Never deliver on time!!
