Right, where to begin... First of all I have never in my professional nor personal life had to deal with a company who in many regards baffles me as to why they even exist. I have had now well over a month in delays after full payment has been made and I have had to speak to several employees, managers and bosses just to get a clue as to where my shipment has gone. I ordered 53 chairs of which I have only received 34 and in the weeks after this first delivery I have countless times called and been told to hang on a minute, followed by them hanging up. Second, after I finally get someone on the phone they have promised to call me back within 5 minutes and up to half an hour. This has never happened. On several occasions I waited three days(on two occasions a week), and it was only when I personally called back and went through the entire ordeal of finding the right person to talk to, again.... I have had what appears to me secretaries calling me only to make the most creative excuses followed by demanding and outright rude questions in the forms of: "NOW do you understand"? Now for the second part, I have also had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to the boss of this company, who on several occasions yelled at me, cursed at me, and now today even threatened to sue me. I am shaken and shocked to say the least. And I highly recommend anyone who is thinking to order something from this company to steer far and clear away. They are not serious, not professional, completely unorganised and their boss is quite, and I use this as an understatement, rude, unpleasant and harassing, to customers!!!

Εξαιρετικό κατάστημα με πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία σε επαγγελματικό αλλά και οικιακό εξοπλισμό. Έκανα παραγγελία μερικές πανέμορφες καρέκλες με τιμή που δεν μπορούσα να βρω πουθενά αλλού. Παρέλαβα στην Αθήνα από την μεταφορική που συνεργάζεται το κατάστημα με μηδενικό κόστος. Επίσης η συσκευασία τους ήταν πολύ προσεγμένη για την αποφυγή ζημιών. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα!! Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω.

Πριν λίγο καιρό ήμουν σε αναζήτηση μιας τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου.Μετά από μια αρκετά μεγάλη έρευνα σε καταστήματα,κατέληξα διαδικτυακά να επισκεφθώ και το Justshop στο οποίο βρήκα ένα προϊόν που κάλυπτε τις ανάγκες μου.Η έδρα του καταστήματος στην Πάτρα,το αντίτιμο για το προϊόν σεβαστό.Υπήρχαν αρκετοί ενδοιασμοί,ιδιαίτερα από τη στιγμή που ήμουν στην Αθήνα και δεν μπορούσα να έχω προσωπική εκτίμηση.Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και συνομίλησα με τον Κο Νίκο.Η εξυπηρέτησή του επαγγελματική μα πάνω απ' όλα ανθρώπινη.Κατανόησε αμέσως τη θέση μου και προσφέρθηκε να βοηθήσει όσο και όπως μπορούσε.Έλαβα μια ρεαλιστική απεικόνιση του προϊόντος και μια γενικότερη εξυπερήτηση σε τέτοιο βαθμό,που προχώρησα στην αγορά του.Το προϊόν ήρθε σε άριστη κατάσταση και ακριβώς όπως μου είχε περιγραφεί.Άψογοι επαγγελματίες,σε επόμενη αγορά μου θα είναι πάλι η πρώτη μου επιλογή.Συστήνω το Justshop ανεπιφύλακτα.

2η φορά που αγόρασα προϊόντα γραφείου από to Justshop.gr Για ακόμα μια φορά η εξυπηρέτηση από τον κο Νίκο ήταν άψογη και η διάθεση του να εξυπηρετήσει και να καλύψει απόλυτα την συγκεκριμένη ανάγκη σπάνια!!! Τα πρόϊόντα για άλλη μια φορά ήρθαν σε άψογη κατάσταση και ακριβώς όπως παρουσιάζονταν και στο eshop. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
