No home delivery. Nobody available to talk by phone. Visited Peraia office today. Long waiting time to find items inside the depot. Longer waiting time outside in the cold. In 25 min, 3 people were served.

0 STARTS IF POSSIBLE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! 1 week to get a package delivered from Athens. Staff is very rude as well. I have had to go to the location multiple times because they were too lazy to deliver...
After I called 4 times because I needed my delivery urgently the played with me and DID NOT deliver the parcel at all. In the beginning they said that it is on the way after a while that I have to wait for delivery 15:00 t0 17:00 personally only. I had to run to their office and pick up my PAID delivery after 5:30 . And still they were lying to me that they called me 5 times . I strongly DO NOT recommend acs. I am furious with their behavour to the customer .

Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από μια όμως υπάλληλο με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει καθυστέρηση ιδιαίτερα αν προηγείται κάποιος που θέλει να στείλει χρήματα στο εξωτερικό. Χρειάζονται 2 υπάλληλοι.
Δεν υπάρχει ούτε μια φορά να στο φέρουν σπίτι, αναγκάζεσαι να πας να το πάρεις από τα γραφεία τους. Πλέον δίνω άλλη διεύθυνση και με εξυπηρετεί άλλο κατάστημα.
Φιλικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Άνετος χώρος πάρκινγκ. Εύκολη πρόσβαση.
