Lying, useless, clueless airport \brokers\, though \extortionists\ or \beggars\ would be the correct term. They may ask you for money. You should kindly decline. Then send them an invoice for wasting your time. Slap on a 600% special fee for them staining the reputation of us Greeks with sound morals. Also add some made-up fees in reference to non-existent Covid/EU regulations or whatever. They won't pay, of course. Neither will you. Who gets the parcel? Certainly not the sender nor the intended receiver. Xmas gifts to the \broker's\ boyfriend seems likely.

Let's skip the fact that the product delivery is delayed, as the current times are not easy for shipping/courier companies right now. The main issue would be: *OVERCHARGED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE*, no idea why FEDEX trusts these goons for their business here in Greece. *DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING* as you will inevitably have to deal with this company's outrageous pricing and incompetence. Had I known this myself earlier, I would be more happy to opt for slower shipping times instead of doing \business\ with them. (Item came from USA)
I am writing regarding EasyMail the courier that is owned by Orbit. I called because I wanted for someone to come and pick up an item. To be honest I didn't wait long. The employee tried to help me because it was the first time I was using the specific service. I asked a couple of questions which the representative didn't know the answer and immediately asked his colleague. My one star is not because the employee didn't know to answer he clearly tried to help me, the one star was for his colleague who talked to him really rude. I understand the pressure but it doesn't give you the right to speak to your colleague bad even if you are a supervisor or an owner. Don't do this even if you are sure that the clients don't listen. Be polite and help each other its more productive!!!! (I am an owner)
Sent a parcel with perconal belongings to my family in Greece and they kept it for three weeks and after got an email to pay 295 euro if i want the parcel...They have no mercy they will rip you off now i am trying to get the parcel back and still have to pay money to them...
They are creating costs where there are none, but you don't have a choice so you pay. They RIP OFF people and are THIEVES!
I paid for my ebay order 112euro shipping included and they demand 178 euro for custom clearance, i am not going to pay , this is extortion do not pay them , let them go bankrupt
Rip off. This is an unacceptable service that is by no choice a rip off.
They charge much more from the price of the item you order. They do the custom work of Fedex and they are ridiculous expensive in a sensitive timing where the internet shopping is necessary.
