What an amazing place to be!!! Ioanna is very kind and passionate about her work! You can attend pottery lessons and/ or seminars, buy ready-made pieces from the e-shop. There are plenty of items you can choose from such as functional as plates, cups, seasonal decorations, games and beautiful jewellery earrings, necklaces and rings, and all of that made out of clay. Do yourself a favour and visit Koumoulia. Totally recommended!!!!!

Wonderful experience! We learned a lot! And although it was the first time for me, some pieces will find a place in my cupboard. Would do it again!
I have visited the workshop during my vacation in Crete and truly enjoyed more than two hours of Ioanna’s guidance to the world of pottery. While working, Ioanna explained me how the things work, managed my expectations towards the results we can achieve during this short course and supported to realize my idea. The results are awesome. After a few weeks I got a parcel from Ioanna with my plates. They survived the kiln and the long way to Germany. Very relaxing and inspiring experience with unforgettable results!

L’activité proposée par Ioanna, nous avons suivi avec nos deux enfants de 12 ans le cours de Poterie sur tour, est vraiment incroyable. Ioanna est réellement passionnée, Elle transmet avec une grande facilité les techniques de base. Elle est extrêmement bienveillante et a su nous accompagner pour réaliser nos premières « créations ». Deux heures de grand plaisir qui resteront un très bon souvenir de nos vacances en Crète. Si vous souhaitez repartir avec ce que vous avez créé, pensez à suivre ce cours au moins cinq jours avant votre départ, afin de pouvoir récupérer vos poteries après cuisson. Dans le cas contraire Iohanna vous proposera de vous les envoyer par la poste.
