Great place for furniture and home necessity and accessories. Some sizes of beds were not available this time. Wide range of prices. With the family IKEA card i was told I'll get 50 euros discount next time. Every little helps, thank you

Mixed feelings about customer service, some employees were really helpful and some not so much. A big disappointment was that for a small doorknob I had to wait extra time after the paying and already waiting in line. It had to be brought to a customer service receive point where you take numbers and wait in line to get the already payed items.this process might be useful for people who hat bought very big items or items that had to be collected by the staff. In my case I think it was outrageous to wait 45 minutes for a simple doorknob

Lovely. From the service to the attention to detail I have zero objections. I am especially glad that during these difficult times with a global virus and all, the organization of this branch was top notch and so was the hygiene. It's good to be able to shop or take a relaxing walk without fear. It never gets hectic since there are rules (for example, the number of people allowed) that are strictly followed.

Well, it’s an IKEA. If you have visited one IKEA it’s like you have visited all of them. If not, I’ll put it this way. Let’s say you have just built a house and it’s completely empty. You can go into IKEA and get out with almost everything you will ever need in all your life inside this house.

By far the worst customer service I have experienced in 28 years. I placed an order on 18/11/20, was charged the same day, but received no confirmation e-mail. After calling their customer service from 26/11 until 07/12 and speaking to their representatives seven times, I was told the same every time 'Your case will be forwarded as \Urgent\ to the supervisor. I did not once receive a phone call. Now I have to cancel my 400 euro order via bank and wait at least 4 weeks for the amount to be refunded. I will never shop at IKEA again. They show zero respect towards customer.
