Punctual. Smooth and fast. Didn't understand why curtains had to be drawn at all times in a ferry that has closed windows! You have no views whatsoever which is disappointing for a four hour trip!
What a cheek: tickets booked, ferry didn't come. No news, nothing at all. The holiday areas in Greece do not make a good name for themselves. I will never book this provider again.
Friendly service, I took the Flying Dolphin Athina boat from the port of Piraeus to the port on the island of Aegina. The boat was fast and the journey was comfortable. The boat looks good from the outside, but inside there are old armchairs, scratched windows, old dirty curtains, there is no pleasant smell in the air.
I think they improved, the boat was on time and the platform was right in front of the office. However when I bought online tickets, I still needed to print them in the office and they asked me for additional 1euro which I refused. The boat was fast but inside it looked unpleasant and unkept. The staff was unfriendly, especially a short blonde lady whom I asked for a pen to fill the covid form and she pretended that I dont exist. I did not get this kind of behavior, it is extremely immature and disrespectful to a customer who pays for her work.
The trip was cancelled due to the bad weather, it isn’t their fault of course. However, when you try to call them to ask for a refund they never answer. The funniest part is that they send an sms with a phone number to call, but as I mentioned before they never answer. Shame for the Greek tourism. In every other real european country (Greece isn’t Europe for sure) this company wouldn’t exist at all.
Wonderful, departure was seamless and on the exact scheduled time, crew was so friendly and helpful, thank you guys!!! Miracle shall follow miracle and wonders shall never seize
The worst customer service you can ever get , you buy the ticket online and it dont say from where the ship is going , after running the whole island to reach the boat on time i was referred back to the station to \print\ the ticket for no reason even thou I had it online and ready, only to go back and print it at the office to figure out the ferry already left and my ticket is now not valid. The company didnt do anything to help , no change of date or even time. Just invalid 13 euro ticket and no help.
