I got on from Kusadasi in July 2018 as a first time cruise ship traveller The only good thing was the the tour guides specially the Turkish tour guide forgot his name his from Zonguldak. Seeing santorini & mykonos was a great experience. I like to say Tour guides like( JOYS) brings the quality down she had very bad customer service.
I have been waiting for this cruise for 16 years long before Celestyal Olympia takes over the route. The boat was exactly what I expected, what I didn't expect is the services on board. All personnel were smiling all the time, even after working all day. They were eager to help, to talk with you and very patient with difficult guests. I left a piece of my heart on board. The first person I met was Rose, the person who was always there was Vasiliki from kalamata and Marta from Havana and the last to say goodbye was Mr. Takis. I feel blessed and honored to met those hard working and highly professional people. I will definitely promote this cruise more. Only minus is the debarcation time and we need more time in Santorini. I would love to see more Greeks working in Olympia. Over all the best I ever has in my life
Very relaxing and great food. Small cabin but value for money was pretty good when all things were considered. We enjoyed this cruise more than the Holland America cruise we went on.
The 3 day cruise was great. Mykonos, Kusadasi Turkey, Patmos Greece, Crete and Santorini. The staff was friendly and attentive. The suite we had was nice. The bed was comfortable.
We won a free cruise (world party). Had I paid, I would have jumped from the deck to kill myself. Abandon ship!
Отличный круизный лайнер, на нем есть все, 2 бассейна, рестораны, один из них гастрономический, бары, спорт зал, сауна, концертный зал, и т.д. Веселая программа, вежливый, учтивый персонал, поразило то, что на корабле работают люди с разных стран мира, столько национальностей в одном месте я ещё не видела. Вкусная еда, хорошие коктейли, по вечерам отличное шоу, чистая уборка номера... Понравилось все, советую!
