We travelled from athens to mykonos with fast ferries and from mykonos back to athens with blue star ferries and fast ferries was way better. More space outside the bar space was nice more choices for food and drinks. Had a good time
We traveled from Rafina to Tinos on July 1st with f/b Andros of Fast Ferries. at 8am.The boat was extremely clean ,and the crew extremely polite and helpful .We have never experienced such a clean boat . The waiters and other crew members kept passing every time checking and cleaning the place ! We were really impressed .Congrats !!!
Terrible! We should depart from Andros to Rafina Sunday at 20:00 and few hours before departure we learned that ship is broken and next one will take us at 23:30! This means that we arrived in Rafina totally tired at 02:00 and only 03:00 were home! We didn't get even excuse from the company for 4 hours waiting at night in the port on the wind and cold. Never again.
Shameless company asks for 1 extra when you use the airplane seats while the boat has very few couches and nowhere else to sit. I had to spend the trip in a table-chair in the middle of a corridor alongside with old people and children. Of course nobody speaks about the delay of departure or the low quality and expensive bar.
Can definitely not recommend. We booked an expensive ticket to get one of the fast and direct ferries and instead our booking got changed last minute to one of their slower routes that left 40 minutes earlier and arrived 1.5 hours later at the destination! The ferry itself was tiny and bouncing around the sea like crazy. You were not allowed to stand above deck so if you are prone to sea sickness definitely not a good choice.
Although a little bit late (20 min delay) the trip was very nice and confortable and staff very frieny. I would recomend Fast Ferries to go to Mykonos from Rafina Port.
The real name would be \slow Ferries\!!! Never on time and they just don't give a dam of the customers. We've benn waiting for at least 1hour at each transfert since 15 days.
