I have used Seajets many times in the past and i was not satisfied.I didn't have any choices for my trips so, Seajets was the only solution. Now, i change my review and the rating as well, because i traveled on July with World Champion. It was a great experience as the ship is new, well maintained and the crew is friendly. All facilities were clean plus comfy seats. It was not crowded as i thought and all passengers respected covid measures. The ride was enjoyable and smooth.

Very good trip with this company. I travelled for the first time, a little expensive but you get in your destination very fast. I travelled with World Champion Jet, the interior is amazing with a formula car inside! It was very clean and brand new and the people wearing their masks. Five stars from me.

Beautiful and clean shop with nice seating and views, and facilities well maintained. I deducted a star since it was delayed taking off. This was due to high winds; clearly not the fault of the ferry, but there was no communication to passengers on what was happening. Though we had registered emails and phones when booking, and though we were congregated at the port, there was no communication what was happening (at one point we weren’t even sure if the boat would sail, causing some panic for all of us who had bookings in Santorini...) CONCLUSION: nice comfortable boat, but there needs to be better communication for complications as they arise.

We recently traveled between the Cyclades and chose Seajets for our transportation. The business class was ok, more or less as the whole ship. We planned to go from Piraeus to Naxos, Mykonos and Santorini, and all our rides were smooth. The weather was amazing, so our travel was not affected by the wind or the sea. We had all the needed comfort and as we were on time (we were skeptical about delays) everything was fine!

The only ship that worth its price is the World Champion Jet and only for that i rate 5 stars. Clean, big and stable, it has nothing to do with the ship Seajets2 I traveled and it was a tragedy. The arrival at Naxos was 20' late but it didn't bothered us. The seats were comfortable and the people inside were wearing masks. Finally, you've got a decent ship!

We traveled to Naxos with World Champion a few days ago. We called at the office but we didn't find anyone, so we booked online. The online booking service is easy in use. We printed our tickets the day before at the kiosk, so as to be sure that we have the boarding passes. The procedure was fast and no cost. The next day we arrived early, so we did not have to wait on a queue and the staff was free to help us find our seats. Passengers who arrived later couldn't find easily their seat, as they were too many and just 3 people to guide them. Generally, i was relieved that everyone was wearing a mask and the toilets were regularly cleaned. I'm satisfied.

We bought a ticket from Santorini to Heraklio, the original time was to departure at 16:45 and arrive in Heraklio at 18:30. They changed our trip and send us a message with a really short notice to inform that the new time of departure was 17:30. Now we are here in the port with at least 100 passagers waiting and it’s been 1 hour and 20 min late and the ferry is still not here. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We made plans and paid a good price to get this ferry, we called now and the company didn’t give us any explanation.
