Daisy, our beloved female roborovski hamster, had developed a huge tumor on her belly, which had to be removed. Everything went fine and she has now fully recovered! Many thanks Dr. Doukaki! You are an excellent doctor!

Although I had read good reviews about this clinic, I was disappointed at the end. It its convenient as it offers many medical procedures in-house and as far as I understood while in the waiting room, they take care a lot of strays. The medical staff is consisted mostly by young doctors and the most experienced doctors deal with the urgent and most critical cases. I took my pet for some exams and although they told me I'd get the results via email, I had to call them and ask for them. Generally speaking, the staff isn't very polite. I understand that they have countless cases waiting for their attention and care but the pet parents are depending on them and we are not the doctors, we need help to understand our pet's condition.
The doctors are very good and honnest , they really like pets and take care of them
Overpriced and the people working there extremely rude. Upon asking inquiring questions regarding their procedures they were not accommodating. I do not recommend taking your pup there.
First of all the people that work there are very rude. Also, I had booked an appointment for my pet for 2 pm and they took it for x-rays 40 minutes after the appointment. The x-rays are given in cd form and not printed, but that wasn't mentioned when I booked the appointment. Finally, even though I had asked before I booked the appointment for the price of the x-ray they charged me more for a typical examination I didn't even ask to do to my pet.
I booked vaccination time for my dog many weeks earlier. When the vaccination day finally came and we went to clinic it was closed for holidays. No one informed us that the clinic starts holidays. No one canceled our vaccination time. We had flight for next day and vaccination was obligatory, trust for this place ended directly.
Stuff was not so polite.
Our lovely cat Fritsi is alive because of them! Dr. Antigoni is an amazing person and their prices are very reasonable! I can't do anything but recommend %
