Worst Ferry! With Superrunner from Paros to Santorini: It was half an hour late without any information. On the boat itself was completely chaos. There is no organisation at all. Crew members are very unfriendly and yelled to people where they have to stand. The toillets are disgusting, so are the seats. It costs even 5 more than Blue Star Ferries, which was like a hotel when we took it from Santorini to Naxos, and Naxos to Paros.

Avoid at all costs. Was charged 5 euro for a cappuccino that is clearly priced at 3.50 euro. Thrives operate this ferry. The customer relations people onboard didn’t flinch when I told them the guy in the cafe is stealing from the company and it’s customers. Highly recommend Sea jets! Go with them
Not recommended! I booked a ticket from Io (17:40) to Piraeus (23:30) with the \super-cat\. The ship arrived after three hours of delay. On top of that we stayed at Milo from another 3 hours because the guy who was responsible for refueling was missing at Milo and we had to wait for him. We arrived the next day at 07:30. Some people lost their flights and the company did not compensate anyone.
I have travelled with this ferry and trip was fast and comfortable. Yet unfortunately I lost my photograph camera on the seat. For that issue I could not reach any responsible. Local travel agents tried to make some calls but the only answer they got was: Nothing was found. I could not reach anyone by phone or email. I believe then my camera is stolen. Sorry but it is in the end a terrible experience because I needed to hurry my luggages from a pile. When you face a problem you need a responsible in front!
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! The ferry was scheduled to 07:00. We arrived to the port at 05:00 (am) and seeing there’s no gate written on the tickets, we waited where the rout to Milos leaves. At 06:40 we started to suspect and tried asking around but there was no one to talk to. At 07:50 we finally found a representative of another company that told us that it’s leaving from another part of the port, 15 minutes away. We ran there as fast as we could (me having a sprained ankle) but obviously we didn’t get there in time. We tried to change times or get a refund to try another company but the manager on place was YELLING AT ME rudely, telling me that “I arrived late so it’s my problem “. For conclusion, they have poor order, poor service and the are highly unprofessional. I recommend you all to stay as far as you can from Goldenstarferries.
Less than favorable experience. We were spoiled in comparison using SeaJets Tera Jet to get to Santorini. The return to Rafina port took well over 8 hours with 5 other island stops putting us at our destination nearly 1 hour late. Seating has not been updated and pack you in like an airplane. Food and beverage options are limited on the economy level. Luggage storage is far from organized - the labeling on the one rack available was in Greek to organize them based on island stop. Bags for some of the stops were simply lined up on the floor at the bottom of the stairwell. Loading at Santorini was chaos - one staff member was shouting at a confused gentlemen to \Get Off! Get Off! \ as he had the wrong boat rather than calmly informing and escorting him. On the day of our departure from Santorini, 2 other transits by Golden Star were cancelled.
Worst company. Stay away! Should leave from rafina at 16:00 and left at 20:00... After that the boat was going so slowly that instead of 2hour trip to Tinos it got there after 4hour trip... You pay for express boats and get superslow speed...
