Sally Humphries Lifestyle

This is a great little gym in the small town of Rafina, Greece. I was looking for somewhere to weight train while on holiday and they had an good range of weightlifting equipment including free weights, two Smith machines, dumbells, barbells, cable machines and static machines. All their machines are Technogym which is an excellent brand. It's extremely clean and tidy, has a nice atmosphere and is close to the centre. It also runs classes which I haven't attended but they seem popular. All in all a great little gym. Very impressed.

Οτι καλύτερο στην περιοχή της Ραφήνας, γυμναστές με γνώσεις δεν σε αφήνουν πάνω σένα όργανο να παλεύεις άσκοπα, ασχολούνται με τον καθένα ξεχωριστά και αυτο εχει αποτέλεσμα.
