Great service and experience! I regularly go to physio in the UK every 3-6 months to help with mobility due to the type of work I do, however I hadn’t been for well over 12 months due to various restrictions. Physio4u managed fit me in while I was briefly staying in the area of Rethymno, they have a lot of up to date equipment but his core values are based around manual manipulation. I’m usually in my local physio for 30 minutes, whereas here it was more like 75 minutes, he introduced me to acupuncture which was a revelation! I can tell you I’m no lover of needles but they are that small that I could barely feel them go in.. Anyway 3 days on and I’m feeling much better with no limits to my movements or pain. Highly recommended, also speaks great English if like me you are over for a holiday. Thank you

I had a neck and back problems and a local Doctor specialising in back and spine referred me to Physio4you. Anastasios Mystrakis is a physiotherapist and chiropractor. He massaged the muscles and then realigned my spine followed by acupuncture. I got rid of the back pain and could move my neck completely again after a few such sessions. I recommend him highly if you have muscle or bone related problems. Another plus, if you don’t speak greek, he speaks, having studied in England, excellent English.

Simply the best physiotherapy practice in Rethymno! Anastasios, the manager and lead physical therapist, has a broad education in physiotherapy and a long experience in treating all sorts of problems. He is great at identifying and differentiating the source of various complaints. One of the highlights is the use of acupuncture to treat all sorts of issues. His friendliness is also remarkable. The practice is also ideal for supporting people doing sports. I recently did physical therapy to treat tendonitis in my knees due to intense training (I am a runner). A wide range of therapeutic techniques such as percussive ultrasound, radiofrequency therapy (tecar), acupuncture and massage were applied with great success. Anastasios adjusted to me top quality orthotics to treat the flat foot condition which was causing the issue. After my therapy I was able to continue with my daily training routine and competitions! The bottom line is that physio4u offers a thorough diagnosis of the causes of complaints, a holistic approach to treatment (various therapeutic techniques with top notch equipment), very experienced and friendly therapists and great modern premises in the heart of Rethymno city.

Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω θερμά τον κ. Αναστάσιο Μυστρακη για τη βοήθεια που μου προσέφερε και με τις καινοτόμες μεθόδους του βελτιώθηκε θεαματικά η ποιότητα της καθημερινότητας μου αλλά και η ποιότητα του ύπνου μου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, υπέφερα από μουδιάσματα στο δεξί πόδι και έντονους πόνους στη πλατη, με αποτέλεσμα να μην κάνω αρκετές δραστηριότητες αλλά και να έχω κακή ποιότητα ύπνου, με άλλα λόγια μόνιμη κόπωση. Η διάγνωση του ορθοπεδικού ήταν προβλήματα στη Σ.Σ., κύφωση, σχολιωση και κήλες στη μέση. Η λύση φυσικοθεραπεία και γυμναστική. Απευθύνθηκα στον κ. Μυστρακη όπου ξεκίνησε τη θεραπεία: φυσικοθεραπεία, χειροπρακτική, βελονισμός, και διέγερση των μυών με ηλεκτρισμό για 10 επισκέψεις. Τα αποτελέσματα θεαματικά, κοιμήθηκα και ξεκουραστικα, όπως επίσης η βόλτα στη πόλη δεν με τρομάζει πια. Ακολουθώντας τις συμβουλές και τις ασκήσεις που μου πρότεινε αυτή τη στιγμή αισθάνομαι πάρα πολύ καλά και έχει βελτιωθεί πολύ η καθημερινότητα μου. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ!

Ευχαριστώ πολύ τον κ Αναστάσιο Μυστράκη και το άρτιο εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό του για τις υπηρεσίες όπου προσφέρουν!!! Είναι φιλικός,εξυπηρετικός και ευγενέστατος!!! Το θεραπευτήριο είναι εξοπλισμένο με τα ποιο σύγχρονα μηχανήματα όπου με την πολυετή εμπειρία του στις φυσιοθεραπείες και στον βελονισμό φέρουν πάντα το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλες τις φορές που σας χρειάστηκα και ήσασταν εκεί!!!
